Stop hearing from us
Either of these works. You do not have to give a reason, and we will not ask for one or try to talk you out of it.
Reply "no"
Reply to any message we sent you with "no", or anything else that means it. A person reads that mailbox.
Or email us
partners@robinland.io — subject "unsubscribe". If the address you want removed is different from the one you are writing from, put it in the message.
Your mail client may also show its own Unsubscribe button next to our name. That button sends exactly this email for you, so it does the same thing.
What happens then
- We remove you within one day. The law allows ten business days; we do not use them.
- Removal stops the whole sequence, not just the next message.
- The address goes on a permanent suppression list. We rebuild our mailing lists from public sources from time to time, and that list is checked every time, so you will not reappear.
- We do not sell, share or rent our list, so removing yourself here removes you everywhere we would have used it.
Why there is no one-click button on this page
Because we would rather not keep a database of people who asked us to go away, and a button that worked would need one. The two routes above are handled by a person and recorded in one place.
If that is slower than you would like, say so when you write and we will tell you the moment it is done.
If we get it wrong
If you unsubscribe and hear from us again, that is our mistake and we want to know: partners@robinland.io. Tell us and we will find out why it happened.
